Through a two-week outreach at the Girl Child Educational Centre in Jos, we introduced 77 girls to chess, established a school chess club, and awarded scholarships to top performers, empowering them with confidence on and off the board.

Promoting Queens brought chess, alongside Mathematics and English support, to the girls at Trans-Ekulu Girls Secondary School, overcoming challenges to inspire confidence and inclusivity, awarding scholarships to students and fostering a love for the game.

Led by 8-year-old chess enthusiast Jedidiah Anjoorin and Promoting Queens Chess Foundation, this two-week program introduced chess to children in Ilesa, Osun State, fostering critical thinking, strategic skills, and confidence while providing financial support and educational opportunities to underprivileged kids.

In Warri, Delta State, Promoting Queens Chess Foundation brought the transformative power of chess to local children, inspiring critical thinking, strategic planning, and self-confidence. Through engaging lessons and tournaments, the outreach empowered both girls and boys, fostering a sense of community, sportsmanship, and lifelong skills beyond the chessboard.
